After 20 years consulting and providing financial and benefit solutions in the corporate banking industry, an attempt to help a friend in ministry opened up to a discovery of a tremendous need. Non-profits have some of the greatest hearted people on the planet, and they were missing out on solutions that could truly help them steward their foundational life resources. ‍This need became the passion project of Gabe Pelphrey, our founder and CEO. Gabe is a minister's son. He knows what it was like to grow up in a home that put others first.‍Gabe's solution opened the door to help churches build the financial future of their pastoral teams. The insights and tools created win-win scenarios for the organizations and leaders alike.
