After 20 years consulting and providing financial and benefit solutions in corporate banking, one of our client’s board members asked if we could help him get health insurance for his church. He simply could not afford to take care of his staff with the rates he was being offered.
Gabe, our founder and CEO, was a minister’s son. He knew what it was like to grow up in a home that put others first. Gabe was determined to help.
Not only did Gabe find a solution for the church, he discovered a whole new way of providing benefits—offering a comprehensive list of options with unique combinations of traditional and emerging solutions..

Our Team
Gabe Pelphrey
Principal
Gabe Pelphrey graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Finance. For the past 19 years, he has specialized in deferred compensation, advising executives and nonprofit boards on the design, implementation, and ongoing compliance of nonqualified benefit plans with Rabbi Trusts. The son of a pastor, Gabe is passionate about helping churches and nonprofit organizations ensure their executives have a secure financial future while fostering strong, stable leadership for years to come.
An avid golfer and college football fan, Gabe enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their three children. Together, they love serving in their local church, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.
Kimberly Brannum
Director of Business Development & Marketing
With over a decade of experience in marketing strategy and community engagement, Kimberly heads the marketing efforts at Stewarded. She has a strong expertise in outreach marketing, content creation, and fostering meaningful, long-term relationships. A dedicated advocate for social impact, Kimberly has partnered with nonprofit organizations to develop initiatives that align with core values and support local causes. Before joining Stewarded, Kimberly held senior leadership roles at Farmers Insurance and her local MOPS organization, where she led successful marketing strategies and community outreach programs focused on making a positive difference.
Kimberly’s hobby is being the #1 fan of her children at their sports events. Together with their children, she and her husband Kevin have traveled to 6 countries. Travel is her favorite way to make lasting family memories.
Molly Doughty
Director of Client services
With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector before working at Stewarded, Molly is passionate about helping individuals and families receive the support they need. As the Director of Client Services at Stewarded, she oversees all aspects of client care, ensuring that our services are accessible, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each person we serve. Her deep understanding of nonprofit operations, along with her dedication to service, ensures that our clients receive top-tier support.
Outside of her professional role, Molly is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She enjoys volunteering with her daughter through the National Charity League and has proudly served as a Girl Scout Cookie Mom for the last 9 years. When she's not busy supporting others, you can find her cheering on her son and her daughter as they play soccer, tennis, and cross country running. Her dedication to family and service is a big part of who she is.
Noel Raj
Data Analyst
Noel Raj is a data analyst who turns complex data into actionable insights. Skilled in statistical analysis, visualization, and predictive modeling, he leads Stewarded in making data-driven decisions.
In his free time, Noel enjoys building and modifying vehicles as well as traveling.
